WHAT IS COVERED UNDER THE LIFETIME COLOUR WARRANTY?

‎We stand behind the quality of our jewellery and are pleased to offer a lifetime colour warranty. This warranty covers any discolouration, ensuring your confidence in our products.

However, please note this does not apply to any:

- Faulty or broken items.

- Lost or misplaced jewellery

- Damage due to misuse or improper storage

WHAT DOES THE WARRANTY FOR BROKEN OR FAULTY ITEMS INCLUDE?

Kayal Warranty for Broken or Faulty Items

If you’ve received an item with a defect or if your jewellery breaks due to a manufacturing issue, you have 90 days from the delivery date to file a claim. Once your claim is approved, you can choose between getting a replacement or receiving store credit. For gifted items, only store credit is available, and it will be based on any discounts applied at the time of purchase.

Be sure to hold onto any damaged items for future warranty claims. This warranty applies only to purchases made through kayaljewellery.com. Please note that free gifts are excluded from this warranty.

CAN I RETURN EARRINGS?

For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for pierced earring styles. All earrings are considered final sale and cannot be returned for a simple change of mind.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Domestic orders:

  • Standard Post: 2-7 business days.
  • Express Post: 1-2 business days within the Express Post network. For areas outside the network, delivery will take a bit longer. 

HOW TO TRACK MY ORDER?

After your order is packed and ready to ship, you will receive an email with a tracking number. This allows you to monitor the shipping progress as it makes its way to you.

Tracking numbers are sent automatically via email as soon as your order is packed. Once the courier picks up the package and scans it into their system, you can use the tracking number to check for shipping updates.

MY ORDER IS MARKED AS DELIVERED, BUT I CAN'T FIND IT?

We’re sorry for any inconvenience! While we rely on our shipping partners for reliable delivery, sometimes issues can occur.

If your order is marked as “Delivered,” please check around your shipping address and ask your neighbours. Wait at least three business days for any updates, then file a claim with your local carrier if needed. If you still haven’t received your order, contact us at info@kayaljewellery.com, and we will assist you.

CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER?

Our team processes orders efficiently and quickly. Therefore, we cannot guarantee cancellations or changes once an order is placed. If you need to update an incorrect shipping address, please contact us atinfo@kayaljewellery.com
