RETURN & EXCHANGE

AUSTRALIAN & INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

We offer returns on all merchandise orders (except earrings) in Australia within 14 days of delivery.

HOW TO DO A RETURN

  • Returned items must be in new, unused condition and in the original packaging.
  • For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on any earrings or other used items.
  • All sale items purchased are considered final sale and are not eligible for a refund or return.
  • For any exchanges, postage will be at the buyer's expense.
  • To initiate a return, please email us at info@kayaljewellery.com with your order number and photos/videos of your item.
  • Please write your Kayal order number on a note with details in your parcel so we can easily contact you once the parcel arrives.

We recommend using registered/trackable post as we do not hold responsibility for lost packages.
