Mix a few drops of dish soap with warm water in a bowl. Place your jewellery in the warm soapy water and let it soak for a few minutes. This will help loosen any residue or dirt.

After soaking, rinse thoroughly with warm water and using the jewellery cloth provided to you with your order, gently pat the jewellery until dry to avoid leaving behind any film.

AVOID

Keep your jewellery away from harsh chemicals such as perfumes, lotions, and cleaning products. These can dull the finish and cause tarnishing.

Extreme heat can cause the plating to fade or discolour, so it’s best to store your jewellery away from direct sunlight or high temperatures.

RECOMMENDATIONS

Make sure to store each piece of jewellery separately to prevent any tangling or scratching. We recommend using a secure box or pouch away from heat and out of direct sunlight.

If you experience irritation from an allergic reaction, you can try putting on a thin layer of clear nail polish over your jewellery. This will serve as a barrier between your skin and the jewellery, potentially easing any discomfort.

WARRANTY

At Kayal, we stand behind the quality of our jewellery and are pleased to offer a comprehensive 6-month warranty on all pieces. This warranty covers any discolouration and breakage, ensuring your confidence in our products.

Please note that for hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept exchanges on earrings. We appreciate your understanding and commitment to maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety for our customers.
