SHIPPING LIMITATIONS

When an order is placed, it will be shipped to an address designated by the purchaser as long as that shipping address complies with the shipping restrictions contained on this website.

All purchases from this website are made according to a shipment contract. As a result, the risk of loss and title for items purchased from this website pass to you once the items have been dispatched to the carrier. You are responsible for filing any claims with carriers for damaged and/or lost shipments with Australia Post. You are also responsible for tracking the progress of your shipment and ensuring you collect your parcel from your local post office if an attempted delivery has failed. If you fail to collect your shipment and your order is returned to the sender, you are liable for the re-shipment cost and no refunds will be issued.
